摘要
通过试验观察,提出了基于磁性链上磁液表面张力的磁流体密封模型。用磁性链对密封间隙内的磁流体进行了划分,并推导出了磁流体静密封的耐压计算公式。试验结果表明:理论计算值和实验值较接近,具有实用性。
The model of magnetofluid seal based on the surface tension of magnetofluid on the magnetic chains was deduced with some experiments related. The formulation of anti-pressure of magnetofluid silent seal was founded on the division of the magnetofluid in the sealing gap with magnetic chains. These experiments indicate that the theoretical value approaches the experimental result very well.
