摘要
在分析航空润滑油中所含磨粒的特征参数的基础上,提出了融合二维、三维特征参数的磨粒形态综合描述方法,并应用灰色关联分析对航空润滑油中所含的6种典型磨粒的识别进行了分析。结果表明,识别正确率在90%以上。本文的研究结果对于促进基于故障图像信息的发动机状态监测与故障诊断技术的发展具有一定的理论和实际意义。
Based on the analysis of characteristics parameters of wear particles in aviation lubricating oil, the symbolic wear particle configuration describing method of combine the 2D with 3D wear particle characteristics parameters was presented, the classification of six kinds typical wear particles in aviation lubricating oil was analyzed with the theory of grey relational analysis. The result shows the classification accuracy is more than 90%.
