摘要
通过不同实验对比,从磨损角度出发分析了不同条件下零件表面的边界润滑状况,提出了选用适当的热处理工艺,恰当的摩擦副接触类型及高性能的润滑液,可明显改善边界润滑效果,提高材料的耐磨性。
Through a number of contrast experiments, the borderline lubrication on the parts surface under different conditions was set out and analyzed from the angle of wearing and tearing. The result shows that the choosing of proper hot heat treatment process, appropriate contact mode and high-performance lubricated liquid can improve the effect of borderline lubrication, raise the wear-ability of the material obviously.
