摘要
利用Falex多功能摩擦磨损试验机初步研究了销盘摩擦副接触表面初始粗糙度、载荷、速度,以及压强速度乘积对摩擦副抗胶合性能的影响。试验结果表明,适当的初始粗糙度可以提高摩擦副的抗胶合性能,载荷、速度超过一定数值后胶合的可能性大大增加,温度对胶合失效有显著影响。
On a Falex friction and wear testing machine, a scuffing test for pin-on-disk combinations was carried out. And the influence of original roughness,load, speed, and pressure-velocity product etc on scuffing resistance was studied. The results show that, under the experimental conditions, scuffing resistance is enhanced when there' s a proper original roughness, and the probability of scuffing is increased greatly when load, speed exceed a critical value, and the influence of temperature is also notable.
