摘要
从理论上来看,构建和谐社会是一个由来已久的话题,并且在不同的时代和不同的国家又有不同的内涵和特点。中国目前人均GDP已经突破了1 000美元的大关,这个时期通常会出现一些不和谐的经济问题以及社会问题,拉美国家曾经经历过的历史告诉我们,要防止重蹈覆辙,必须从实际出发,在经济高速增长的同时关注社会和谐问题。
On the view of theory, constructing a harmonious society is a topic mentioned long ago and it has different intensions and characteristics in different age and different countries. Now in China, the per capita GDP already turns up to 1000 USD. At this time, some unharmonious economic and social problems will appear. According to the history of Latin-American countries, we know that in order not to follow the same old disastrous road of Latin America, we should focus on the social equality and harmoniousness as economy is developing with a high speed.
