摘要
心理学需要现代伦理规范的约束。心理学的伦理约束是对心理学的一种规范与保护,这种伦理约束规范了心理学的研究,促进了心理学的健康发展,提升了心理学的质量。心理学的伦理约束体现在对研究者主体的伦理约束,对研究对象的伦理思考与伦理待遇以及研究过程与程序上的伦理规范。加强心理学的伦理约束应注意做到:制定详尽的伦理道德准则、树立研究者的伦理意识、提升研究者的伦理觉悟、对青年心理学研究者的伦理规范培训以及在学术群体内成立专门的机构审查和监督心理学研究与发展中的伦理道德问题,并采取有力的措施保证伦理约束的贯彻实施。
It is necessary for psychology to be restricted by modern ethic, Ethic restriction of psychology implies not obstruction, but standardization and protection to psychology development. The ethic restriction not only promotes the well development of psychology, but also increases the quality of psychology. Psychological ethic restriction includes： the ethic restriction for researcher, ethic consideration and treatment for research subject, ethic norms in research process. Great efforts should be strengthened to impose ethic restriction on psychology, we should make detailed ethic norms, train ethic orientation of researchers, promote their ethic proposition and educate young psychology researches in ethic norms. At the same time, we should establish special national organization to supervise ethic problems, and take strong measures to ensure ethic restriction implement completely.
