摘要 介绍水性氟(碳)树脂的制备方法和基本性能,讨论乳化剂、反应温度、搅拌速度对聚合过程和产品性能的影响。检测结果表明,用水性氟(碳)树脂制备的水性氟(碳)涂料具有超耐候性、耐沾污性等优异性能。 The preparation method and basic property of fluorocarbon resin emulsion is introduced. Influences of emulsifier, reaction temperature and stir speed on polymerization and properties of the product are discussed. The test result shows that the latex paint which is formulated by using fluorocarbon resin emulsion has excellent property of super-weathering resistance and contamination resistance etc.
