大力弘扬和培育大学生的民族精神,对于中华民族的伟大复兴具有重要意义。民族精神的弘扬和培育,一要科学把握民族精神的基本内涵；二要处理好继承优秀传统和创新民族精神的关系；三要充分发挥学生的主体作用；四要营造全员育人的整体氛围。
To carry forward and foster university students＇ national spirit in a more cost -effective manner in university＇ s education is significant to the great rejuvenation of Chinese nation. To carry on the propagation and cultivation of national spirit to university students： the first, holding the basic connotation of national spirit scientifically; the second, handling well the relation between inheritance of outstanding tradition and innovation of national spirit; the third, giving full play to the role of students＇ subject; the fourth, building an atmosphere of whole education.
