细胞因子基因多态性与器官移植的研究新进展

摘要
器官移植是治疗人体重要脏器功能衰竭的最终治疗手段,近年来器官移植已有突破性的进展,但是移植物慢性丢失仍是影响患者长期存活的重要因素。细胞因子基因多态性对器官移植的结果有着重要影响,本文就此作一综述。
