摘要
目的对右室双腔心的诊断与治疗进行临床研究。方法对2000～2004年收治的5例右室双腔心进行回顾性分析。结果5例患者经体外循环心内直视下矫治手术治疗痊愈出院,无临床死亡及并发症,随访6月～3年,无心功能障碍。结论右室双腔心的诊断有赖于超声心动检查和手术中探查,外科手术矫治心内畸形是唯一根治方法。
Objective To study the diagnosis and treatment of double - chambered right ventricle （DCRV）. Methods Perform a retrospective study of the outcomes of 5 patients di DCRV. Results All 5 patients were cured by surgery. No death and complication occurred agnosed as Follow - up was 6 months to 3 years. No heart disfunction occurred. Conclusion The diagnosis of DCRV relys on echocardiography and examination of surgery. Surgery is the only method to cure this disease.
