摘要
目的对比钬激光前列腺剜除术(HoLEP)和经尿道前列腺汽化电切术(TUEVP)治疗合并糖尿病的前列腺增生症(BPH)的效果。方法将72例合并糖尿病的BPH患者分成2组,分别行HoLEP和TUEVP,记录2组患者围手术期和术后指标并做统计学分析。结果2组手术前后国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)、生活质量评分(QQL)、最大尿流率(Qmax)、剩余尿(RUV)比较均得到明显改善(P<0.01),术后平均膀胱冲洗时间、置管时间、术后住院时间和术后并发症,HoLEP组小于TUEVP组(P<0.05)。结论HoLEP治疗合并糖尿病的前列腺增生症的近期疗效与TUEVP相似,并发症发生率及术后恢复时间明显少于TUEVP,是比较理想的治疗方法。
OBJECTIVE Compare the effect of HoLEP with TUEVP on treating the patients with both BPH and diabetes METHOD 72 patients who suffer from both BPH and diabetes are divided into two groups of 36 persons each.One group undergoes HoLEP while the other does TUEVP .The index of each patient before and after the operation are recorded and taken into statistics analysis. RESULT The index of two groups concluding IPSS, QQL, Qmax and RUV are improved significantly after each operation （P〈0.01） .Compared with the samples taking TUEVP , the samples taking HoLEP are better in index like average washing time of bladder after operation, catheter-conservation time, time spent in hospital after operation, and complications. CONCLUSION As and ideal treatment, HoLEP has similar short-term efficiency with TUEVP but has much lower rate in complication occurrence and better recovery.
