摘要
以科学发展观为指导,从供求关系上分析研究广东电力“四个并存”特点和突出问题,深刻认识推进需求侧管理的紧迫性;开拓进取,广东电力探索出“四个发挥”的新鲜经验;转变经济增长方式,在优化“三大结构”上纵深开发广东电力“第二资源”,全面建设资源节约型国民经济体系和资源节约型社会。
Under the principles of scientific development and of demand and supply, this thesis analyzes the four parallel phenomena and its urgent problem in Guangdong electricity supply. It is important and urgent to carry the principle of demand and supply. Guangdong Electricity sums up its novel four approaches： to find a way of growth, to explore a second resource, to set up a social system of saving and lowing energy consuming.
