摘要
近年来,在政府管理改革的过程中,一些学者和实际工作者都纷纷提出了要建立“服务型政府”的改革目标,然而,对“服务型政府”内涵的理解以及如何建立“服务型政府”的问题却存在着很大的分歧。本文认为建立“服务型政府”,要求政府更加注重公共服务职能的履行,不能使其完全市场化;同时开拓“服务型政府”的路径是多样的。
In recent years, some scholars and officials have put forth a target of reform, i.e. to set up a service-type government in the process of government reform. But there is serious debate in understanding and how to set up a service-type government. This article explores on this topic offering its proposal for discussion.
