摘要
对香港中环CBD的概念及特征作了简述,从区位、规模等级和功能组成、交通体系、空间形态、开发运作等方面,对CBD地区进行了评价,在分析的基础上,尝试性地总结出CBD建设应遵循的五条原则。
It introduces concept and features of Zhonghuan CBD in Hongkong, evaluates it from zone bit,scale and grade, function, traffic system,space form,opening and operation, then summarizes five principle should be obeyed in building CBD which is based on analysis.
