摘要
分析了停车场的分类以及配建停车位社会化使用的可能性,从政策上进行鼓励、建设中配建超额等诸方面,提出了配建停车场的社会化使用的实施,从而促进停车问题的缓解。
It analyzes species of park and possibility on socialized application of matched park, and puts forward implement of it from encouraging in policy and above norm in building, to settle parking problems.
