摘要
乳化炸药连续生产中的水相和油相流量配比控制十分重要。此文介绍了一种控制系统的设计,内容包括水相和油相流量控制过程与原理、计算机的数据采样与存取。分析了系统因素造成的流量控制滞后原因,提出了相应解决方案。
The flow-ate control of water and oil phase in continuous emulsion explosive production is extreme important. The design of control system is presented in this paper, which includes the process and principle of water and oil phase flow-rate control and the obtainment and storage of computer data. The cause of flow-rate control delay induced by factors of system is analyzed and corresponding measures are suggested.
