摘要
该文对含能材料泵送安全性进行了研究。分析了螺杆泵异常运转情况下泵体内的温升和压力变化特性,指出系统热失衡是含能材料泵送过程发生热爆炸的机理和条件,据此提出以保持系统热稳定性和中断系统热失衡过程为特点的两项技术途径,同时指出当前研究存在的主要问题。
The safety of transporting energetic materials using pump is studied in this paper. The temperature increase and pressure change inside a pump are analyzed under the condition of screw pump being unwontedly working. It is presented that the heat unbalance of system is the mechanism and condition of explosion occurring during the process of transporting energetic materials using pump. Thus, keeping heat stability and interrupting the process of heat unbalance of system are two technical approaches to solve the problem of explosion induced by high temperature. Finally, problems existing in present studies are indicated.
