摘要
目的:对半夏泻心汤医案数据库进行数据挖掘试验,以发现半夏泻心汤配伍及应用规律。方法:采用频数统计、对应分析等数据挖掘技术对半夏泻心汤医案资料进行挖掘试验,从药味加减和主治病证方面探讨半夏泻心汤方剂配伍规律。结果:通过频数统计和对应分析,发现了药物在半夏泻心汤医案中的分布特点和药物与中医证候间的相关性。结论:半夏泻心汤除治疗寒热错杂证外,还能治疗湿热证和肝胃不和证。在湿热证的治疗过程中建议增加枳实,去掉人参、甘草、大枣等甘味药物。
Objective：To investigate the law of compatibility of medicines and application of Banxia Xiexin Decoction.Methods：The data of medical case records related to Banxia Xiexin Decoction were selected as material for data mining.Data mining techniques such as frequency statistics,correspondence analysis were used. Results：The distributing characteristic of herbs and the difference of relationship between herbs and TCM syndromes were obtained by frequency statistics and correspondence analysis.Conclusion：Besides syndrome of intermittent heat and cold,Banxia Xiexin Decoction can also treat syndrome of dampness-heat and syndrome of incoordination between liver and stomach.The procedure of adding Zhishi and getting rid of sweet herbs such as Renshen,Gancao and Dazao is suggested when Banxia Xiexin Decoction is used to treat syndrome of dampness-heat.
