摘要
在当前经济不景气、股市风险过大的情况下,大力发展可转换债券是筹资者和投资者的共同愿望。我国可转换债券市场发展缓慢,这与我国建立一个强大有力的资本市场的要求极不适应。在国际、国内诸多因素的影响下,近几年我国可转换公司债券逐步推开,但由于种种原因,在实践中还存在许多障碍与问题。
At present, under the condition of bleak economy and high risk of stocking market, it is a common desire for fund raisers and investors to devote major efforts to exchangeable bond. Exchangeable bond market in China develops slowly, which is far from being correspondent to the demand for constructing a powerful capital market in China. Under the influence of several international and domestic factors, exchangeable bond issued by companies is being implemented gradually during the last years. However, because of many reasons, there are still many obstacles and problems in practice.
