摘要
介绍了一种全新的船舶轴系柔性传动型式,可承受推力的高弹联轴器隔断了柴油机和螺旋桨两大振动源;通过WVIS-ME45隔振器的轴向弹性变形来传递螺旋桨的推力,有效地控制了船舶推进系统的振动和噪声。现已经5艘实船验证,这种轴系的隔振措施是十分有效的。
The paper introduces a new design of marine shafting flexible drive. High-elastic shaft coupling seperates two major vibration source of diesel engine and screw propeller. It is efficient to control the vibration and noise of the propulsion system since the thrust is transmitted by axial elastic deformation of WVIS-ME45 vibration isolator. Now the measure is proved quite successful by 5 ships.
