介绍了电控无级自动变速器ECVT的技术特点;同时强调了在电控无级自动变速器系统中,调节电动机是变速器实现其功能的关键零部件之一。由于调节电动机频繁启动,频繁换向,连续运转,且输出转矩变化范围大,工作电流大,同时工作环境温度也较高,这就要求该电动机可靠性好,工作寿命长。目前电控无级自动变速器调节电动机多采用永磁直流电动机。通过对某车型ECVT调节电动机结构的分析,初步探讨了ECVT调节电动机的工作特点和技术条件。
