摘要
文章论述了高校院系资料室建设的重要性与必要性,同时也从业务、采购、管理、设施、人员素质等方面原因进行了分析,进而提出了一系列改进高校院系资料室建设的措施。
This paper analyses the importance and necessity of constructing reference libraries in schools and departments of the university, covering the aspects of operation, purchasing, management, facilities, personnel quality, and so forth. Then it proposes a series of measures for reference library construction.
