人参种子后熟期间过氧化物酶同工酶的变化 被引量:5

摘要 采用垂直板聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分析了人参种子在后熟过程中过氧化物酶同工酶的变化。结果表明,同工酶酶谱因种子胚胎发育状态和时期的不同呈规律性的变化、从种子胚胎分化初期到胚率达50%时的酶谱与对照相比,在P1区多了1条极弱的酶带,同时其它酶带表现出活性的增强或减弱;P2区酶带的出现则说明种子胚胎形态分化已完成;P1区主带活性在生理后熟完成时得到最显著的增强,酶谱和酶活性的变化可以用于人参种胚形态和生理后熟的指标。 Genseng seed of different cmbryo ratio were used as experimentat materials. During the embryo after-ripening process,the change of peroxidase isozyme were analysed by PAGE Results indicated that the bands and actiyities of peroxidase isozymc were increased with embryo morphotogical ifferentiation and physiotogicat after ripening.The Bands of P2 zone appeared in the emtryer finished morphological different nation afterripening, activity of peroxictasc isozyone the first band in P1 zone was obviously increased physiological after ripening.
