摘要
在流程工业中,其过程机理复杂,工况运行变化较大,致使数学建模困难,常规PID控制难于满足生产要求.人工智能控制特别是结合常规PID形成的智能PID控制可以较好地对参数进行自整定.本文主要阐述智能控制PID的形成过程,并提及主要算法以及在流程工业中的应用,分析智能控制在流程工业中的主要作用,并对其研究与发展做出未来展望.
The processed mechanism is very complicated in process industry; the running situation varies so large that it is difficult to get the mathematic model. The general PID controls are not satisfied to request of production. Artificial intelligence combined with general PID can well regulate the parameters of PID by itself. This dissertation mainly describes forming process of intellectual control PID, mentions the main algorithm and application in process industry, analyses the main function that intellectual control is in process production, and make the vision of the future to its research and development.
