Research and Prospect on Embedded Condition Monitoring System

摘要 本文介绍了嵌人式系统的特点、发展历程,以及基于嵌人式的远程状态监测系统的体系结构和实现.系统采用基于DSP的敬据采集处理子系统及嵌入式计算机的主从式结构,实时检测评存储设备运行的转速及振动等信息,实现了面向Internet的远程软件升级和系统维护,有效提高设备运行可靠性. The characteristic, development of Embedded System, and architecture and realization of remote embedded condition monitoring system are introduced in the paper. The system adopts the master slave structure which is based on DSP and embedded computer. The machine work status, such as the rotate speed and vibration etc, can be measured and gtored in real time and The Internet oriented remote software upgrading and system maintenance also can be realized by the system. This embedded condition monitoring can effectively improve the reliability of machine work.
