摘要
为了保证天然气的正常输运,减少油田不必要的损失,基于虚拟仪器技术,结合行标国标流量计量算法进行系统集成,运用负压波定位、小波分析等理论设计开发天然气管线输送计量监测系统,系统定位精度达到2%,响应时间在2min以内。实践证明系统能够满足油田要求,准确快速响应管线泄漏。
For the sake of natural gas normal transporting and oil field decreasing unnecessary losing, the lab integrated the Measurement and Leak Detecting System of Natural Gas Transporting Pipe with negative pressure wave location method and wavelet theory based on virtual instrument technique and developed the system with the GB/SY standard gas flow measurement algorithm. The location precision reaches 2% and responds within 2 minute. It is proved the system could respond the leak of pipe fast and sensitively by practice.
