摘要
从雷公藤（Ｔｒｉｐｔｅｒｙｇｉｕｍ ｗ ｉｌｆｏｒｄｉｉＨｏｏｋ．ｆ．）的叶中分离出１个新的含氯环氧二萜内酯化合物。据其理化数据和光谱分析，并结合分子图形学和分子力学计算，确定了它的化学结构，命名为双氯雷公藤内酯四醇（ｄｉｃｈｌｏｒｏｔｒｉｐｔｅｔｒａｏｌｉｄｅ）。
A new chlorinated diterpene epoxide, dichlorotriptetraolide (L 5) was isolated from the leaves of Tripterygium wilfordii Hook.f. Dichlorotriptetraolide was crystallized from CH 3OH as colorless needle like crystal, with a mp of 252.0～253 5 ℃。Its molecular formula is C 20 H 26 O 7Cl 2.The structure was identified on the basis of spectral analyses (UV, 1H NMR, 13 C NMR, 13 C NOE,2D cosy, LD/FTMS, EIMS,selective long range DEPT spectrum and X ray fluorescence spectrum) and computerization of molecular mechanics and molecular graph.
