摘要
高职院校图书馆馆员的职业素质存在着许多问题,解决这些问题的相应对策是:提高认识,加强管理,参加培训,提升理论素养等。
The paper studied the status quo of occupational quality of librarians in technical colleges, discussed the ways to improve their quality.
