摘要
《:反分裂国家法》充分体现了和平、宪政、法治和人权的精神,是解决台湾问题的基本法。制定《反分裂国家法》是解决台湾问题的现实需要,完全符合《宪法》的规定和国际惯例。当前,应坚定不移地施行好《反分裂国家法》,为此,应做好对台的各项工作。
