摘要
通过高职学生对自身职业生涯发展潜力认知度、对宁波职业技术学院人才与职业发展服务满意度及职业生涯设计意向性三个维度的调查,分析当前高职学生职业生涯设计现状,为建构和完善高职院校职业生涯辅导体系提供实证性依据。
Having surveyed cognitive degrees of developmental potentials of personal career, satisfactory degrees of career development service of polytechnic and intent degrees of occupational careers, the essay analyzed the current situations of occupational careers and provided the real facts for constructing and perfecting teaching systems for polytechnic students.
