摘要
社会保障与困难群体保护问题是保持社会稳定,实现小康社会理想的重要环节,正日益受到政府和社会学界的关注。以宁波市区域内困难群体的社会保障问题为研究对象,从研究现状、分析需求出发,提出了当前面临的主要问题并进行深入的思考。
The social security and the social protection for the weak groups are the two critical issues for maintraining the social stabilits and for realizing a well-being society, which are receiving an increasing attention from both the local government and the sociologist circles. This paper studies the current social security system for the weak groups in Ningbo municipal areas, analyse its demands and puts forward the problem being faced.
