摘要
对以巨尾桉木片为原料用于中密度纤维板生产的工艺适应性进行了探索,着重测试加入巨尾桉木片后的纤维形态、纤维松密度、纤维pH值及干燥纤维含水率,分析比较了半成品与成品板的板面质量和物理力学性能,表明在巨尾桉木片使用量不超过木片总量30%的情况下可用于中密度纤维板生产。
The exploration of the adaptability of Eucalyptus grandis×E.urophylla chips used for the pro-duction technology of MDF as raw material was conducted.The fiber morphology,bulk density,and PH valueas well as the water content of dried fiber were emphatically tested after the addition of E.grandis ×E. uro-phylla chips and the surface quality & physico-mechanical performances of semifinished and finished boardwere analysed and compared,which indicated that E. grandis×E. urophylla timber can be applied in the pro-duction of MDF on condition that the chip amount of E. grandis×E.urophylla does not exceed 30%of thetotal chip amount.
