摘要
利用胶束毛细管电泳在线推扫富集技术建立了测定工业废水中痕量苯酚、邻硝基苯酚和间硝基苯酚的方法。采用未涂层熔硅弹性石英毛细管(60cm×75μm,有效柱长52cm),选择20mmoL/L硼-砂80mmoL/L十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)(pH9.45)为缓冲溶液,分离电压18kV,紫外检测波长214nm,在200s内可实现苯酚、邻硝基苯酚、间硝基苯酚的分离检测。在优化条件下,苯酚、邻硝基苯酚、间硝基苯酚的检出限分别为0.03、0.020、.02mg/L;相对标准偏差RSD(n=3)分别为3.42%、4.15%、3.48%;间硝基苯酚富集倍数可达1000倍。
A MEKC method based on on-line sweeping technique was developed for the determination of trace phenol, o-nitrophenol and p-nitrophenol in industrial waste water. The key factors for separation and determination were studied and the optimal analysis conditions were obtained. In a buffer of 20 mmoL/L Na2B4O7-80 mmoL/L SDS(pH 9.45) at separation voltage of 18 kV, UV detection at 214 nm, phenol, o-nitrophenol and pnitrophenol in industrial waste water could be separated and detected within 200 s on a Non-coating capillary colurnn(60 cm × 75μm, effective length 52 cm). The limit of detection of phenol, o-nitrophenol and p-nitrophenol was 0.03, 0.02, 0.02 mg/L and RSD was 3.42%, 4. 15%, 3.48% respectively. This method allowed up to 1000-fold accumulation concentration of p-nitrophenol.
