摘要
本文研究锥栗果防霉保鲜技术．用低剂量（０．５～２ｋＧｙ）６０Ｃｏγ射线辐照防霉．锥栗果在贮藏的初期有一定防霉效果．配用２．０×１０－４ｋｇ／Ｌ的甲基托布津药水处理，在纸温贮藏６０天内有效果．在防霉上，锥栗果纸包装优于塑料袋贮藏．
This paper researched into mildew-control technique for chestnut (nut of Castanea henryi)by60Coγ-ray radiation (the radiation dosage between 0.5-2.0kGy).The results showed that 60Coγ-ray radiation had certain effects on mildew-control for chestnut in the early days of storing period.The mildew-control effects depended on storing temperature,packing and other treatment,such as,the chestnut could prevent mildew for more days when packed with paper than with plastic,and the chestnut treated with 2.0×10-4kg/L thiophanate-methyi could prevent mildew for 60 days.
