摘要
在H2SO4介质中,超痕量Cr(Ⅵ)能催化H2O2和KIO3协同氧化二甲苯兰FF褪色,从而建立了测定超痕量Cr(Ⅵ)的新方法.该方法检出限为6.40×10-11 g/mL,测定范围为0~4.0×10-3 μg/mL,用于测定食物中的铬量.
Based on the catalytic effect of Cr(Ⅵ ) on the discoloration reaction of XCFF oxidized by H2O2 and KIO3 in a medium of H2SO4 , a new method for the determination of trace Cr( Ⅵ ) was proposed and the kinetic mechanism of the reaction was investigated in detail. The detection limit is 6.40 × 10^-11 g/mL and the linear range is0-4.0× 10^-3 μg/mL for Cr(Ⅵ). It was applied to the detemination of trace Cr( Ⅵ ) in food with satisfactory results.
