摘要 本文采用共沉淀法制备了铜锰复合氧化物。采用Raman,XRD手段考察了复合氧化物的结构并与催化剂的丙酮完全氧化活性进行了关联。单组分Mn-O样品的晶相结构为MnO2和Mn3O4,而双组分的Cu-Mn-O样品只检测到晶相CuO,Cu含量较高时Cu-Mn-O样品没有检测到Raman谱峰,表明样品表面主要以MnO2为主。当Cu/Mn原子比为41∶时,催化剂活性最高,推测表面MnO2物种是丙酮氧化的主要活性相。 In this paper, Cu-Mn complex oxides were prepared through co-precipitation method and studied for the oxidation of acetone. In particular, the effect of Cu/Mn ratio is discussed in detail. The most active catalyst is the one with a ratio of Cu/Mn 4:1. The structure of the catalyst was eharaetirized by means of XRD and Raman techniques, which show that single mauganese oxide is in the form of MnO2 and Mn3O4 ; and Cu-Mn complex oxides are mainly in the form of CuO and MnO2. MnO2 maybe the active specie for the oxidation of acetone.
