摘要
采用裂区试验设计,初步研究了甘薯生根灵对不同插苗茎段的根系生长与产量形成。结果表明,生根灵可明显促进插苗萌发生根和根系生长,增加根条数、根系体积和重量,促进其分化发育为块根,并调节光合产物向地下部运输,增加快根数量和产量,尤其是中小蔓,提高根冠比。苗段之间以中心部苗薯数多,产量高。
A split plot experiment was conducted to study the effect of the Rooting Promotor on the rooting,growth and yield formations of cuttings from different stem section of sweet potato.The results showed that:the Rooting Promotor accelerated rooting of cuttings,increased the number,volume and dry weight of roots;it Promoted the growth of roots and the differentiation of tubers,and tranferred more dry matter to the tubers.As a result,it increased the number and yield of tubers,especially medium and small size tubers,as well as root-haulm ratio.The number and yield of tubers of the cuttings from top-middle section of stem were higher than that of the cutting from hasal section of stem.
