摘要
针对胜利油田孤东采油厂东一联合站原油特点开发出一种水溶性破乳剂,该破乳剂是以酚醛树脂和酚胺树脂按一定比例作为复合起始剂的三嵌段聚醚,并用新型扩链剂进行改进而成,具有脱水速度快、出水清、界面齐、无中间乳化层的特点。
This article stand to the crude oil characteristic of Dongyi Unite Station, Gudong Oil Recovery Factory, Shengli Oil Field, develop a kind of water soluble demulsifier. It is a three- block- polyether,and it regard phenol aldehyde resin and phenol amine resin as compound initiator in certain proportion. It is improved with new - type expand chain agent. It has the characteristic of fast dehydration velocity, clear out- water, uniform interface and no middle emulsify layer.
