摘要
中国春(Chinesespring2n=6x=42)与光稃野燕麦(AvenafatuaL.2n=6x=42)杂交成功。中国春穗较小,无芒,叶片较窄,而中国春与光稃野燕麦的杂种稳形较大,有短芒,籽粒饱满,且叶片宽大近似于野燕麦,表现优势很强。进行根尖细胞核型分析,发现大部分为单体(2n=20Ⅱ+1Ⅰ=41),在其中仅看到极少数二体和缺体,比例不到1%。杂种中有2对普通小麦所没有的近端着丝点染色体。核型分析结果证明了中国春与光稃野燕麦杂种的真实性。
The direct hybridization betwen Chinese Spring(2n=6x=42) and Avena fatua L.(2n-6x-42)are succeeded.Chinese Spring has very small ear,awnless,very narrow leaf blade;but hybrid has very big ear, short awn and filled grain,and leaf blade are very wide like Avena fatua L.The karyotype analysis shows that the majority of the chromosomes of root-tip cell were monosomic(2n=20Ⅱ+1=41),only minority were disomic and nullisomic(about1% ).Hybrids have two pairs of acrocentric chromosome.The karyotype analysis shows that hybrid was true.
