摘要
嗜虫书虱以全面粉及酵母粉饲养时,各虫态发育速率与温度呈逻辑斯蒂曲线关系。高浓度的CO_2是导致该虫死亡的主要因子,其次是温度和O_2浓度。在不影响储粮品质下,适当升高仓内温度,并配以高浓度的CO_2和低浓度的O_2是控制该虫的最佳组合因子。
Llposcelis Entomophila E.,an important insect pest to stored products,feed onthe whole flour
and yeast powder(10:1),was determined under 18℃,20℃,25℃,28℃.30℃,32℃ and 35℃,The
results showed that the developmental rate curve of this insectwas the shape of a sigmoid,and
four logistic models between developmental rate and temperature were established.The
developmental zero temperature and effective accumulatedtemperature of different
developmental stage were estimated by direct optimum methodsrespectively.In addition,the
acute lethal effects of the different level combination of tem-perature,carbon dioxide and
oxygen on this insect using orthogonal combination design.The results showed that high CO2
concentration was the most important factor that restilted in the mortality of this
insect,temperature was the second,and low O2 concentrationwas the last.Considerably higher
temperature combined with high CO2 and low O2 was op-timum for controlling this insect to
maintain high quality of grain.
