摘要
蝇蛆含有丰富的营养物质,是优质动物蛋白源。本文采用正交试验探讨蝇蛆主要生长因子的生物效应。结果表明,温度高低对蝇蛆生长的速率影响较大,而对蛆生长量的作用甚小。湿度和密度与蛆生物量有密切相关,65~75%的湿度与适当低的密度有利于蝇蛆个体充分生长。培养蝇蛆的培养基质近50%的营养被蝇蛆吸收利用。
The larvae meal of housefly is rich nutritious. It is considered as a excellent feed for high-quality protein resource. This paper reported the biological effects of main growing factors influencing housefly larvae (HL) growth. The result showed that temperature quite influenced the speed of HL growth, but did not almost do the HL yield. The humidity and the density were obvious relationships with the HL yield. 65~75% RH and mid-lower densitys were advantageous to increase the HL yield. Approximate 50% nutritions in culture medium were absorbed by HL.
