摘要
改革需要一个和谐稳定的社会环境,需要把认识与观念统一到科学发展观上来,进而强调以人为本。同时, 要通过社会各种功能与机制的构筑和完善,削弱社会对立,理顺社会各阶层心态,全面实现可持续的和谐稳定。
The reform needs a social circumstance of being harmonious and stable, needing the knowledges and conception to be unified into scientific development conceception, and further to emphasize the people foremost. Meanwhile, having to undermine the opposition of society through building and improve various functions and mechanisms, putting in good order the psychology of social each stratums, and to totally realize continuable harmonious stability.
