N-烯丙基酰胺的环氧化反应

摘要 N-烯丙基苯甲酰胺能够与间氯过氧苯甲酸发生反应,以较好的产率生成二氢噁唑,这一产物可能是从最初形成的N-环氧乙烷基甲基苯甲酰胺通过分子内的开环加成反应而产生. The reaction of N-allyl-benzamide with m-chloro-peroxybenzoic acid provided dihydrooxazote in good yield. The product probably resulted from an intramolecular ring-opening reaction of N-oxiranylmethyl-benzamide intermediate.
