摘要
我国当前的工业化和城市化浪潮使失地农民数量急剧增加,在此过程中,失地农民利益受损,陷入失地又失业的困境,抵御风险能力急剧下降,其中一个重要的原因就在于农村公共管理制度的缺失。
Nowadays, the number of land-lost peasants are in a sudden increase because of the current trends of industrialization and urbanization . In this process, the benefits of land-lost peasants are damaged, and they face a predicament： no land, at the same time, no job; Besides, their ability of resisting risks is in sharp decline. The reasons of the above are various, but one important reason lies in the imperfect institution of the public administration in our country. This paper will give a brief analysis on imperfect benefit of the land-lost peasants from the institutional perspective.
