日本、韩国激励合作R&D的政策绩效比较及启示 被引量：4

A Comparative Study of Inspiring Policies to Cooperative R&D in Japan and Korea

摘要 本文通过分析比较日本、韩国两国在促进企业之间加强R&D合作的一系列产业政策,并分析了他们的绩效差异,以及对我国制定技术政策的启示。本文重点分析了韩日两国政府资助下的R&D联合体(R&D Consortia)的不同绩效,相比较而言,韩国的R&D联合体没有达到日本R&D联合体的绩效,原因在于韩国产业技术政策没有形成良好的组织及制度结构。
