铁阳极-生物法城市污水除磷试验 被引量:5

APPLICATION OF FERRIC ANODE-BIOLOGICAL METHOD IN PHOSPHORUS REMOVAL IN URBAN WASTEWATER

摘要 铁是微生物生长的必要元素,污水中的铁离子对微生物活性、污染物的去除率有显著影响,同时,铁盐也是一种很好的混凝剂,可明显改善出水水质。本试验将电解和生物活性污泥法相结合,利用阳极反应产生的铁离子代替直接投加的铁盐,并与直接投加铁盐的反应器作比较。考察反应器中总铁、总磷的变化规律。试验证明,通电反应器比单纯投加铁盐的反应器除磷率高出9.8%左右,最高除磷率可达95.40%,最终出水含量低于0.5mg/L,符合国家的排放标准。 Iron is the necessary element in the growth of microorganism, it always give great influence on the activity of microorganism and the removal of pollutants. In addition,ferric salt is a good flocculant, thus it shall improve the quality of effluent wastewater apparently. In this paper, the iron electrode was placed in the active sludge system. In this experiment, through combining electrolysis with biological activated sludge method and utilizing ferric ion produced in anode reaction in place of ferric salt dosed directly, the method was compared with the reactor with ferric salt dosed directly to investigate the variable law of total iron and total phosphorus in the reactor. The experiment proved that the phosphorus removal rate of the electrifying reactor was 9.8% higher than that of the reacator with single dosage of ferric salt; the highest phosphorus removal rate was as high as 95.40% and the final effluent in which phosphorus content was lower than 0.5mg/L, being in conformity with the national water discharge standard.
