间歇低氧运动对大鼠血脂及载脂蛋白的影响 被引量:13

摘要 目的:探讨间歇低氧运动对脂质代谢的影响状况。方法:40只SD雄性大鼠,随机分为安静2组和运动2组(分别为常氧对照和间歇低氧组),人工制造14.5%低氧(O2)环境,4周后对各组血清胆固醇(Ch)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)及载脂蛋白A-1(ApoA-1)、载脂蛋白B(ApoB)进行检测。结果:间歇低氧运动组Ch、TG、LDL-C明显低于常氧运动组(P<0.05),而HDL-C、ApoA-1则显著高于常氧运动组(P<0.05),ApoB只有间歇低氧运动组才出现显著下降;除Ch外,其余指标间歇低氧运动组的减少或增加与间歇低氧安静组相比均没有显著性。结论:间歇低氧运动可加强机体脂质代谢过程,并对心血管疾病治疗有一定的作用。 This paper discussed the effect of intermittent hypoxic exercise on fat metabolism of rat. 40 male SD rats were divided into four groups,two groups for quiet and two groups for exercise. Under the condition of 14. 5% of oxygen in hypoxic chamber for four weeks,blood cholesterol (Ch),triglyceride (TG),HDL-cholesterol (HDL-C),LDL-cholesterol (LDL-C)and apo-lipoprotein A1 (ApoA-1),apo-lipoprotein B (ApoB) were tested. The result showed that the level of Ch,TG and LDL-C of intermittent hypoxic exercise group was significantly lower than that of control group(P^0.05),while the level of HDL-C,ApoA-1 was higher than that of control group (P〈0. 05). ApoB appeared to decrease apparently at intermittent hypoxic exercise. Besides Ch,there were significant decreasing and increasing for other indexes between intermittent hypoxic group for exercise and intermittent hypoxic group for quiet. The conclusion was that the intermittent hypoxic exercise strengthened the metabolism of lipid and had certain function for cardiovascular disease treatment.
