摘要
在总结“十五”电力工业发展的基础上,提出了2006—2020年电力发展规划设想。共分5个部分:简要分析了“十五”电力工业发展中的10个主要问题;预测了2006—2020年发电量,2010年为3400TW·h,2020年5280TW·h;提出了电力工业发展战略,2010年全国需发电装机754GW,2020年约需1160GW;分析研究了水电、火电、核电、天然气发电、可再生能源发电的发展战略及发电量、发电装机容量构成;针对电网发展,概述我国六大区域电网,西电东送、特高压交直流输电及全国联网的发展情况;针对今后电力工业发展中的7个问题提出了建议。
On the basis of summing up electric power industry development in the “tenth-five year plan”, the idea of electric power development planning from 2006 to 2020 was presented. It is divided into 5 sections: analyzing simply 10 main problems of development planning in the “tenth-five year plan”; forecasting the electricity generation of electric power from 2006 to 2020, 3 400 TW- h in 2010 and 5280 TW- h in 2020; putting forward the development strategy of electric power in China, the generating capacity 754 GW in 2010 and 1160 GW in 2020 respectively; studying on the developing strategies of hydropower, thermal power, nuclear power, natural gas power and renewable power and the component of the electricity generation and the generating capacity; outlining the development situation of 6 big-regional power grids, “power transmission from western to eastern regions”, EHV AC/DC power transmission and national power grid interconnections, as well as presenting 7 suggestions about electric power development in the future.
