摘要
云南省水资源总量丰富,但水资源时空分布不均,与经济发展和需水过程极不匹配。滇中地区在云南省经济社会发展中占有非常重要的地位,随着人口的增长、城市化水平的提高和经济社会的快速发展,这一地区的水资源短缺问题日益突出,水环境日益恶化,已成为经济社会发展的重大制约因素。为了滇中经济可持续发展,滇中调水势在必行。滇中调水建设将对云南经济社会可持续发展起到极其重要的作用。
The water resource in Yunnan province is abundant, but distributed unevenly in time and space, severely un-matched with the economic development and water demand process. The central area of Yunnan province possesses an important place in the economic and social development in the province. Along with the population growth, urbanization progress and social and economic speed development, the water resources shortage in this area is becoming severe increasingly, the water environment has worsen remarkably. Water resource has become important restricting factor for the economic and social development. In order to realizing the sustainable development of society and economy in the central Yunnan province, the water transfer for the central Yunnan province is imperative. Water transfer for the central area of Yunnan province plays very important role in the sustainable development of Yunnan economic and social development.
