摘要
简述了近年来掺稀土激光晶体的研究进展,详细介绍了若干新型掺稀土激光晶体的结构、热力学性能、机械性能、光谱特性和激光性能。发现激光晶体正朝着改善晶体物理性能、提高输出光强、拓宽输出波长范围的方向发展,而且由于激光二极管性价比的提高,探索适用于LD泵浦的激光晶体将成为主流。本文为进一步研究和应用这些激光晶体提供了参考。
In this paper,the research progress in the rare-earth-doped laser crystals in recent years is reviewed. Their structural,thermal, mechanical, spectral and laser performances are presented in detail,We discover that the laser crystals are advancing towards the direction of improving physical properties, increasing output intensity and expanding the range of output wavelength. And because of the high ratio of performance to the price of laser diode, the reaserch of laser crystals pumped by LD will become a mainstream. References are offered for the application and further research of new laser crystals.
